Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

The Special Interest Groups are the real heart of the Guild and cater for the special interests of their participants. There is no formal membership for the SIGs and members can participate in as many SIGs as they wish. Information on each SIG is provided via the links on the left.

SIGs generally meet monthly to participate in workshops, demonstrations and group projects relevant to the SIG. These meetings are in addition to the monthly Guild meetings.

SIG meetings are held usually at the Guild Shed or occasionally at a member's workshop and provide an excellent opportunity for members to develop their knowledge and skills in their area of special interest.

The usual times and locations for SIG meetings are listed in the Calendar, variations to these times are published in 'Shed Notes' together with any other information provided by the SIG co-ordinator. SIG co-ordinators are also listed on the contacts page.
